GlobalGyan’s Leadership Facilitation Lab is a structured 8-week return-to-work apprenticeship designed to help women managers seamlessly transition into leadership facilitation.
Whether you’ve taken a career break for family, personal growth, or other commitments, this program will equip you with the skills, confidence, and certification to step back into the corporate world on your own terms.

Women professionals with 5+ years of managerial experience, a 3+ year career break, passion for facilitation, and availability for virtual 8-week sessions.
The program is primarily virtual, but in-person sessions may be offered in Mumbai if there is sufficient demand from participants.
Participants must dedicate 4 hours per day, three days weekly (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday), over eight weeks, culminating in a certification assessment.
After the completion of the program, you can become freelance trainers, GlobalGyan-preferred trainers, or apply for full-time faculty roles, based on performance and business needs.
