CURRENT JOBS @ GLOBALGYAN

Responsible for engaging with L&D and HR teams of large & mid-sized businesses to drive revenue growth. You could either focus on developing new clients or work with our existing clients to enable repeat business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

B2B Sales

  • Build an overall market plan and prioritise sectors/segments where GlobalGyan can achieve distinct positioning.
  • Identify (create leads) new large/medium sized corporate prospects for GlobalGyan offerings (and/or)
  • Engage with existing clients to drive repeat business and upsell new offerings
  • Work with internal solution team to convert leads / opportunities

Channel & Alliance Management

  • Build and manage new channels and partnerships to drive our reach into SMB segment.
  • Create sales collateral that can be used to accelerate the business development process.
 

CAPABILITIES & EXPERIENCE:

  • B2B Sales / business development experience
  • Experience in selling Consulting or Learning or other similar solutions, preferably to HR departments 
  • Self-driven and Result orientation
  • Excellent communication & relationship management skills
  • At least 2 years of work experience

One who can design and develop content for Executive Education programs in the areas of leadership, sales, marketing, and finance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-

Program Design: Understand and analyze client situation, convert them into learning goals and design appropriate programs. Would need to work closely with subject matter experts to capture their experience into learning modules.

Content Storyboarding: Customize existing content / create storyboards for new content to fit with Program Design. Should have a good knowledge of training tools / techniques, both for classroom (instructor-led) as well as self-paced learning.

Program Delivery: Engage with the content developers / designers / animators to take responsibility for end to end delivery of the content.

CAPABILITIES & EXPERIENCE:

  • Instructional design capabilities and experience, particularly in management subjects
  • Worked in a corporate learning / content development environment
  • Self-motivation and ability to work without constant direct supervision
  • 2+ years work experience

One will be responsible for the design and execution of strategy, content, processes and systems to create a unique experience of GlobalGyan’s programs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-

Learner Experience: Building customer engagement journeys and designing content / communication / social activities to enhance the learner experience.

Client Experience: Designing reports & visual graphics to provide updates to clients and businesses leaders; Building relationship with clients and increasing repeat business

Scaling Up: Developing processes to create standardization (without losing the personal experience) and automate the engagement with learners; use of technology/SaaS.

CAPABILITIES & EXPERIENCE:

  • 4-5 years of work experience
