Campus to Corporate Program | Turning Internship into a Leadership Launchpad | April 2025

Program Overview
Each year, India’s top organizations onboard a cohort of high-potential young professionals—bright minds with immense promise but limited exposure to corporate dynamics. The challenge is to equip them with the confidence, clarity, and self-awareness required to thrive in fast-paced business environments. In this case, the client sought a one-day transformation that would empower freshers to discover their strengths and show up with impact from Day 1.
Campus to Corporate was a one-day, immersive workshop conducted in April 2025 for 95 newly onboarded professionals. Delivered by experienced faculty members Suman Addepalli and Abhishek Kumar, the session focused on bridging the gap between academic excellence and professional readiness.
The workshop centered around one core idea: helping participants uncover their “Wow Factor”—the distinct strengths that set them apart—and offering tools to leverage these in high-stakes environments.
