SANKALP is a focused, experiential leadership program designed for professionals stepping into people management roles for the first time.

Over two immersive days, participants work through real managerial challenges—shifting from individual contribution to people leadership, handling accountability, communicating effectively, and making better day-to-day decisions. The program combines hands-on learning, leadership simulations, assessments, and guided reflection to ensure learning translates into action at work.
