- Align on goals, expectations, and commercial framework.

Round 3 – Panel Interview
- Meet Academic Board for pedagogy deep-dive.
- Discuss client scenarios and learning-outcome design.
- Respond to rapid-fire questions on subject expertise.
Round 4 – Mock Session
- Deliver 30-minute mini-class to reviewers.
- Include one interactive element: poll, case, or simulation.
- Receive structured feedback on clarity and engagement.
Round 5 – Commercial & Contract
- Finalise revenue-share, travel terms, and NDA.
