In the fashion-tech ecosystem, the pace of change is relentless. Consumer preferences shift with social media trends, technology disrupts traditional retail models monthly, and competitive advantages can disappear overnight. Mid-senior managers in this environment need more than functional expertise—they need strategic thinking capabilities, cross-functional leadership skills, and the business acumen to navigate constant disruption while delivering consistent results.

A leading fashion-tech platform recognized this challenge and developed the Propel program to transform their mid-senior managers from operational performers into strategic leaders. The organization needed leaders who could think beyond their immediate responsibilities, manage complex cross-functional initiatives, and strengthen their overall business leadership quotient in one of the most dynamic industries in the world.
