Change Management Program @ Leading Telecom Brand | 2024

Program Overview
In telecom, change isn’t a periodic challenge—it’s the baseline reality. Technology shifts monthly, customer expectations evolve daily, and competitive landscapes transform overnight. Recognizing this, a leading telecom brand partnered with us to develop their Circle Heads into leaders who don’t just react to change but anticipate and drive it.
The challenge was deeper than typical change management training. These leaders needed to understand the psychology behind resistance, develop the foresight to see disruptions coming, and build the confidence to guide their teams through uncertainty. Most importantly, they needed practical tools that would work in the fast-paced, high-pressure environment of telecom operations.
Our Managing Change program was built around a fundamental insight: you can’t lead others through change until you understand your own relationship with uncertainty. The program combined experiential learning through simulations, proven frameworks, and real-world application to create leaders who could champion transformation confidently.

Key Themes Covered
1. Understanding the Nature of Change
We explored both external market pressures and internal organizational triggers that drive transformation. Using the Kubler-Ross Change Curve as our foundation, participants examined the emotional journey people experience during change—including their own reactions.
2. Anticipating Change with Foresight
Rather than always playing catch-up, leaders learned to work through real-world megatrends and apply strategic foresight tools to identify disruptions before they hit. This wasn’t about predicting the future, but about building the mindset to spot patterns early.
3. Managing Change Through Frameworks
Using the 5C Model of Change Management, participants mapped real business scenarios from their own organizations and identified the key levers that could influence sustainable transformation. The focus was on practical application, not theoretical perfection.
4. Applying Change to the Workplace
Two compelling business cases—Unicorn Technologies and Prashanti Telecom—provided safe spaces to test approaches and challenge existing assumptions about how change should be managed in their industry.
5. Personal Readiness for Change
Through psychometric assessment and a personal change readiness formula, leaders gained honest insight into their own openness and agility when facing uncertainty. This self-awareness became the foundation for authentic change leadership.
