Guan has majored in Sociology and holds minors in English Literature and Psychology. She graduated from St. Andrew’s College which is affiliated with the University of Mumbai. She has previously worked with Teleperformance in various capacities. Whilst with Teleperformance, she also worked as a Fraud Analyst for a leading financial institution based in the UK.
