Leadership Development Program for Emerging Leaders at Caratlane

Congratulations to the graduates of Paragon, a leadership development program designed and delivered by GlobalGyan Academy of Management Education for the emerging leaders of CaratLane – A Tanishq Partnership.

Over a period of 6 months, the participants went through a rigorous, blended learning journey of in-person & virtual workshops, digital learning, group & personal coaching, and an action learning project. We were amazed by the enthusiasm shown by all of them in the process of learning and application.
