Srini has 20 years experience in the areas of Corporate Strategy, M&A, Business Transformation and Innovation. He was earlier the Chief Strategy Officer of Tata Communications. He has been a visiting faculty at IIMs & NMIMS and the Winner of the ISB-Ivey Global Case Competition 2014. Srini loves nature and wildlife photography and all things Apple.

Suman Addepalli is the Director & Faculty Partner at GlobalGyan, bringing 23 years of corporate experience to her role. She is a three-time published author, journalist, and corporate trainer, having held positions as a former CXO at Radio Mirchi and Reliance Infocom. Suman holds an MBA from NMIMS.

Vrinda manages our customer engagements to ensure a wowsome customer experience for our clients. She brings with her extensive experience of working in similar roles at Vodafone. She enjoys cooking and travelling to explore new avenues.

Premanshu has 6 years of experience in the areas of Mobile Banking, IT Consulting and Customer Engagement services. Prior to joining GlobalGyan, he managed client engagements across APAC and EMEA regions in the roles of Application Developer and Presales Consultant at Oracle and HCL respectively. He has completed his B.Tech from NIT Bhopal and MBA from NMIMS, Mumbai. He's also an occasional but specialist Bengali chef and a passionate online FIFA player.

Harshal has experience in converting ideas into action, be it as a 3D animator in a production house or as an E-learning Developer in the educational industry. He is responsible for the design & development of our online courses, simulations and assessments. Harshal is passionate about exploring new places, meditation and food.

Dipesh brings two decades worth of experience spread across US and India, donning various hats. He started his career in Silicon Valley (San Jose, CA) with Cisco Systems as a Software Developer, working on cutting edge networking products. Dipesh heads our strategic partnerships, driving growth in a competitive environment.

Nihal is the go-to person for our learners and clients. He has done his Master’s in Marketing from Mumbai University and his contribution always brings in new perspectives on managing customer challenges. His diligence towards solving any technical and functional issue is rewarded by our customers in every engagement feedback. Outside of work, Nihal loves working out and indulging in thrillers and sci-fi movies.

Sanket is the epitome of diligence for our clients as well as internal stakeholders. He has done his Masters in Marketing from Mumbai University. Sanket’s style of leading projects with ownership helps in achieving desired outcomes and results for the firm. Apart from working, he is a big-time cricket fan, sportsperson, and foodie.

Shubham is our Customer Engagement cum Digital Marketing Executive. With an insatiable curiosity and love for learning, he’s always exploring new ways to automate work. Shubham’s passion for growth drives him to stay updated on the latest business trends. With his creative mindset, dedication, and diverse interests, he plays a vital role in enhancing customer experiences. Shubham’s unwavering commitment and curiosity make him an invaluable asset to our team. A food enthusiast and good cook, He’s also an avid cricket fan, cherishing every moment of the game.

Kajal leads GlobalGyan as a Strategic Account Manager, where she contributes to business development and program management initiatives. Holding a Masters degree from ICFAI Business School, she brings over two years of experience in overseeing Business Operations and has demonstrated a consistent ability to drive efficient and effective processes. Kajal is known for her versatility, adept at wearing multiple hats within her role.

Aniket is our creativity tank. As a Motion Graphic Artist he brings in the expertise of producing a creative learning experience for our learners. He loves to travel, explore new places, a swimming enthusiast and a passionate photographer.

Shaheen comes with a decade and a half years of experience in office administration. She has an impeccable eye for detailing. A quick and curious learner with a never-say-no attitude to learning, Shaheen helps all the cross teams to seek her as a pillar of support for anything critical. She loves baking and enjoys her creative space with resins, mandala art, and dot painting.

Priyanka is consistent seeker of knowledge and of varied experiences. She's a perpetual adapter and a multitasker who seamlessly changes position between a learner and a facilitator. Priyanka holds a post graduate degree in International Business and has been a banker by profession in the past, with a strong background of Law and Guidance & Counselling.

Guan, a Sociology major with minors in English Literature and Psychology from St. Andrew’s College, brings over 8 years of experience in the training world. Her professional journey encompasses roles as a Voice Coach, Training Officer, and Voice & Accent Trainer along with a stint as a Fraud Analyst for a leading UK-based financial institution. As a seasoned Training Officer, she specializes in Voice, Accent, Language, Behavioral, and Communication Skills Training. Beyond her professional endeavors, Guan's passion for literature and psychology shines through in her free time.

A self-certified logophile, Sharadha’s love for the English language makes her our in-house expert in content management. With a keen eye for detail and half a decade of experience writing and editing in the Tech space, she harbours an innate passion for crafting stimulating narratives. Outside of work, you would often find her buried nose-deep in a book, watching football, singing or spending time with family.

Pranay is a creative and food enthusiast. He currently serves as a performance marketing executive, bringing his marketing expertise to the table. Pranay holds a degree in marketing from N. L. Dalmia and is well-versed in digital marketing, showcasing his diverse skill set. Beyond his professional life, Pranay is an ambivert with a natural curiosity and a passion for learning new skills. One of his creative outlets is sketching, which he pursues as a hobby.

Meet Enrique—a charismatic Program Manager with a BMS (Marketing) degree from SICS, Worli. He brings together creativity, strategic thinking, and operational finesse to manage complex logistics and client experiences with ease. Known for his interpersonal flair, Enrique thrives in dynamic, high-pressure environments and builds genuine connections effortlessly. Outside work, he’s an adventure lover and occasional pianist, reflecting both his bold spirit and reflective side. Whether scaling a mountain or steering a project, Enrique’s energy, empathy, and drive make him truly unforgettable.  

Sourabh is our Learning Solutions Manager, known for his calm presence and thoughtful approach to building meaningful learning experiences. An MBA in HR from JBIMS, Mumbai, he enjoys sharing simple, heartfelt reflections on leadership and growth through his writing on LinkedIn. Always warm and approachable, Sourabh loves connecting with people, finds joy in cooking, and turns to Carnatic music to unwind and reflect.

Sukhada is our Finance & Admin Manager, responsible for overseeing financial operations, managing budgets, and ensuring smooth vendor registration processes. With a keen eye for detail and a strong grasp of compliance and reporting, she plays a vital role in maintaining the financial health and administrative efficiency of our organization. Beyond her professional expertise, Sukhada is a creative soul who finds joy in crafts, crochet, and drawing.

Isra is our experienced Articulate Storyline Developer, with over 4 years of expertise in designing interactive and accessible eLearning courses. She excels at transforming complex concepts into engaging, easy-to-understand training modules using real-world scenarios and multimedia elements. With a strong focus on accessibility, Isra ensures that every learning experience is inclusive and impactful for all learners. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling and unwinding with music, finding inspiration and balance through her adventures and playlists.

Prahlad Kumar is a skilled Motion Graphics Artist and Video Editor with a creative flair for bringing stories to life through captivating visuals. His expertise spans character animation, video editing, visual effects, and dynamic text animation. With a deep passion for the visual medium, Prahlad blends technical proficiency with artistic vision to craft engaging and impactful content for a wide range of digital platforms. He thrives on exploring innovative techniques and continuously pushes the boundaries of his creativity.
