A Practitioner's Path

Experience Across Five Markedly Different Professional Worlds

Priyanka's facilitation draws on experience that ranges from an investment bank to a counselling room, from her own entrepreneurial venture to a business-school classroom. That combination is what makes her approach to change and strategy distinctive: she understands how organisations make commercial decisions and how people respond to them.

At GlobalGyan, she works with managers to move beyond knowing leadership frameworks to applying them — to the decisions, trade-offs, people challenges and organisational changes they face at work.

  3. Entrepreneur

Area of Expertise

What an Engagement With Priyanka Covers

Priyanka works with managers on the human and business sides of change — helping them interpret organisational priorities, make better trade-offs and bring people with them through transformation. Every program is contextualised to the organisation's own business conditions, stakeholder landscape and strategic agenda.

Navigate Organisational Change

Helping leaders recognise resistance, communicate change, build stakeholder commitment and translate transformation priorities into actions teams can own.

Build Strategic Thinking

Helping managers see the choices and trade-offs behind their decisions — and understand how their team's work connects to the organisation's broader business outcomes.

Develop Leadership Transitions

Supporting managers as they move from individual expertise to broader leadership responsibility — covering team dynamics, influencing, and leading people through change.

Strengthen Business Acumen

Helping leaders connect their functional decisions with the wider economics and priorities of the business — so decisions are evaluated beyond the boundaries of a single function.

Team & Org Dynamics

Understanding how individual behaviour connects to teams, culture and organisational priorities — so leaders act on the system, not just the individual.

Influencing Without Authority

Building the skills to bring stakeholders along — especially in matrix structures, cross-functional contexts and periods of significant change.

Stakeholder Management

Mapping who needs to move, where resistance is likely and how to communicate change so people understand what is expected of them.

Strategy Frameworks in Practice

Understanding the problem a framework was designed to solve — and using it to generate decisions, not just fill in diagrams.
