"Creativity" has always been a golden word and a trait that is marveled at. With an increase in trends such as disruptive innovation, design thinking, and out of the box thinking, the importance of having this art and skill has gained much significance in the corporate world. This course will give further insight into the importance of creativity, why is it so significant, and how can one harness creative thinking. Additionally, this course also includes a painting activity. The participants will be guided by a painting expert and will learn how to deconstruct a seemingly complex painting into smaller steps and successfully complete the painting. In addition to having the participant learn a new skill, this activity will help participants look at other challenges objectively and solve it in an efficient and creative manner.
